Bio

Christopher Zibordi is a partner in BMA’s Corporate and M&A and Restructuring and Insolvency practice areas. He's also a member of BMA’s French Desk. He joined BMA in 2006 and has broad experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, credits restructurings, corporate disputes and shareholder litigation. He acts for both national and international clients. Christopher's work ranges over a variety of sectors, such as oil and gas, biofuels, entertainment, consumer goods and telecommunications. Between 2014 and 2015, Christopher worked as an international associate in the Corporate and M&A practice area at Bredin Prat law firm in Paris.
