Dr. Selim Keki is an expert transactional lawyer with more than 20 years of experience in handling complex cross-border transactions in a variety of sectors, including energy, automotive, construction, FMCG and pharmaceuticals. He advises a wide range of clients from strategic investors to private equity houses and individual investors. He also has significant experience in anti-bribery and other compliance-related matters. Dr. Keki combines his extensive practical experience with a strong academic background. His JD thesis, entitled “Deutsches und türkisches Konzernrecht in der rechtsvergleichenden Betrachtung”, compares the provisions applying to group companies in Germany to those in Turkey. He teaches at post-graduate programs and regularly publishes articles on important legal developments and contributes to books.
