Selahattin Kaya is a member of the Corporate and M&A Team focusing on Private Equity and Venture Capital transactions. Selahattin consults entrepreneurs, start-ups, growth companies, venture capital funds and private equity funds. He is actively working with a wide range of fast-growing technology, software, digital media, e-commerce, bigdata & AI, fintech and gaming companies. Selahattin focuses on cross border investments for private equity funds, venture capital funds, seed/angel financings; asset and share acquisitions; convertible debt financings and mergers and acquisitions.
