Günhan Yalçın has more than 15 years of experience in domestic and cross-border debt finance transactions. He has advised Turkish and international banks and other financial institutions and corporate borrowers in a wide variety of bilateral and syndicated financing transactions, including project finance, commercial real estate finance, acquisition finance, structured trade and export finance, corporate loans and working capital facilities, interbank lending and restructurings.
