Gülistan Baltacı is a widely-recognized lawyer with experience in asset finance, securitizations, banking and finance, maritime, admiralty and aviation matters and litigation. She focuses on ship and aviation finance and sale and purchase transactions. Baltacı has notable experience in the negotiation and enforcement of asset finance contracts, restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings, structuring of private loans as well as administrative and civil litigation. She frequently works on franchising and intellectual property transfer contracts, including satisfying various licensing and authorization requirements. She represents a wide range of clients from P&I Clubs, ship charterers and airlines to lessors, financiers, insurers and regulatory bodies. Gülistan is also a member of certain NGOs and networks such as the European Franchise Network.
