Dogan Eymirlioglu concentrates on corporate law, M&A, infrastructure projects, insurance, commercial contracts and franchising. He advises Turkish and multinational companies in energy, transportation, manufacturing, hotels & leisure, private equity, life sciences, insurance and consumer products sectors in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investments, regulatory and corporate compliance matters, project finance deals, privatizations and PPP projects. As part of his core practice, he is involved in drafting, negotiating and finalizing share or asset purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, insurance policies, franchising and management contracts. He advised bidders on major public tenders organized by Turkish authorities in projects ranging from stadium constructions and major infrastructure and PPP projects to sale of distressed groups seized by the government. Doğan is also a known figure in Turkish arbitration milieus and acts as party counsel and arbitrator in ICC, UNCITRAL, ISTAC and ad hoc arbitrations. He was recognised by the Client Choice as exclusive winner of the 2019 Client Choice Awards for Arbitration & ADR in Turkey. He currently sits as the Turkish National Committee’s representative to the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR.
