He represents both buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions in a broad range of industries and contexts and works extensively with private equity firms, family offices and portfolio companies in connection with their acquisitions, dispositions, investments, fund formation, joint ventures, commercial transactions and financings, as well as in securities and corporate governance matters.
