Melissa Leonard concentrates her practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and financing transactions. Her financing experience includes project and structured finance, senior secured and unsecured financings, mezzanine financings, real estate development financings, debt restructurings and hedging transactions. Melissa has substantial experience representing both private and public company clients. She has particular skill in advising corporate boards and clients trust her as a thought partner and strategic adviser to represent their interests and to obtain the results they are seeking.
