Mark Ramzy focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, restructurings, divestitures, joint ventures and other corporate transactions, where he represents sponsors, strategic investors, portfolio companies and management teams within a range of industries that includes oil and gas, aerospace and defense, insurance and healthcare. In addition to his law firm background, Mark has in-house experience as corporate counsel for Keller Williams Realty, giving him the ability to view transactions from a business and legal perspective. Cognizant of each client's business goals, he ensures that every transaction dovetails with the overall corporate strategy. Mark is a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) charter holder.
