Matthew Fusina Bio

Matthew Fusina is a partner in the firm's Global Projects Practice. Matt provides legal counsel on the development and finance of energy and infrastructure projects. His practice is primarily focused on liquefied natural gas (LNG), natural gas, clean hydrogen/ammonia, and CCUS related transactions. Matt has extensive recent LNG experience assisting clients with developing and structuring complex liquefaction and regasification projects, floating LNG liquefaction projects, LNG-to-power projects, and low-carbon LNG arrangements. Matt's practice encompasses the entire lifecycle of the project development process, including providing advice on joint venture arrangements and negotiating commodity sales, tolling, operational and financial agreements. Matt is also actively involved with helping clients to navigate and develop projects in the energy transition development space.
