Mark Innis has been involved in cross-border mergers and acquisitions work and major projects in Indonesia and throughout the Asia Pacific since moving to the region in 1990. He regularly advises on competitive bids and private sales and disposals of private and publicly listed companies, as well as in major mergers and corporate restructurings.
