Sharon Iskra is best known as a voice for the vulnerable, representing marginalized members of society (including children, individuals with disabilities, and other disadvantaged people), as well as those who have suffered serious injuries. She has tried more than 20 cases, tenaciously battling large companies including Walmart Inc., Pittston Coal, Hooters, Champion Traps and Targets (Federal Cartridge Company), and The Potomac Center, Inc. on matters ranging from human rights violations and intentional harm, to negligence and products liability. Sharon has delivered positive outcomes for her clients when facing opposing counsel at some of the largest law firms in the country. She is simultaneously relatable and relentless, always pursuing the high goal of bettering society as she brings resolution to each client’s claim. In addition to her legal work, Sharon directed children’s and urban ministries for nine years at a local church. She continues to volunteer weekly with PRO-Kids, Inc., nurturing the faith and meeting the needs of inner-city elementary children.
