Brian McAllister assists clients and lawyers in the implementation of structured, strategic, and analytic e-Discovery functionalities, including collection and preservation, document review, use of technology and technology assisted review (TAR), and Electronically Stored Information (ESI) protocols. In addition to his e-Discovery practice, Brian litigates complex personal injury cases on behalf of those impacted by medical malpractice, wrongful death, and automobile negligence. Brian also provides whistleblower representation under the False Claims Act, as well as insurance coverage experience, most recently on behalf of various states seeking to recoup overpayments to major oil companies for underground storage tank (UST) remediation.
