Jonathan Uggedal is deputy head of BAHR’s Asset Management Group, and is engaged with a broad spectrum of legal matters within different parts of the asset management industry. Jonathan is for instance often involved with advice related to the structuring, establishment and maintenance of various fund and asset management structures and companies, primary, secondary and co-investments involving private equity funds in Norway and abroad, M&A with non-listed companies (in particular for private equity funds), “Human Capital” matters for asset managers and their portfolio companies (such as establishment and maintenance of management investment schemes in management companies and portfolio companies, terms of employment, etc.), and the drafting and negotiating of the various agreements and legal documents related to these areas.
