Børre Sofus Arnet is part of BAHR’s Asset Management & Private Equity practice group, and has broad experience with advising leading Norwegian and international investment clients in relation to all aspects of their activities, including the organisation and establishment of asset management operations, as well as funds and other investment undertakings – often in an international context. A major part of his practice involves assisting various private equity clients in relation to their ongoing investment activities – from the establishment/growth phase, via acquisition of unlisted and listed companies, reorganisations/restructurings, to divestment and other forms of exit.
