Attorney Kwak Gyu-yeol graduated from the Judicial Research and Training Institute in 2013 and has been working as an attorney at Pacific Law Firm (Limited) since 2017. His main areas of practice are M&A, foreign investment, and private equity. Attorney Kwak graduated from Korea University's Department of Law in 2009 and completed the USC Gould School of Law (Visiting Scholar) program in 2023.
