Bio

Mok Kim is a partner in the Corporate and M&A Practice Group at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. After completed the course of the Judicial Research and Training Institute in 2004, Mr. Kim has worked for BKL since 2007. His main practice focuses on M&A, investment by foreign investors and private investment. Mr. Kim earned his LL.B. from Seoul National University and LL.M. from U.C. Berkeley School of Law. He was admitted to the Korean and New York Bar.
