Ho Jin Kim mainly advises on a variety of financial matters including general corporate finance, project finance, acquisition finance, overseas alternative investments, real estate finances, and derivatives. Since joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in 2006, Mr. Kim has provided various financial advice and corporate legal advice in the Securities, Banking and Finance Practice Group of BKL. He also worked in the International Capital Market team of Allen & Overy's London Office. He earned a B.A. degree in Sociology from Seoul National University in 2003 and completed the 35th Judicial Research & Training Institute course in 2006. After five years of work at BKL, he went to the US for study. In 2012, he earned a LL.M. from New York University School of Law, and the same year, he was admitted to the bar of California.
