Thomas Stoltz heads the notarial services as well as the employment, migration and social security practice areas of Bär & Karrer. He manages the Zug office. Thomas Stoltz advises national and international clients mainly located in the Zug business area on all legal issues related to corporate, commercial and employment law. He also specializes in questions of Swiss migration law. In his capacity as civil law notary, Thomas Stoltz is regularly responsible for the notarial acts in the various national and cross-border M&A transactions and IPOs assisted by Bär & Karrer.
