Sunila Awasthi Bio

Sunila Awasthi brings to bear over 33 years of experience in Employment and Corporate matters to domestic and international clients. Sunila’s expertise extends to advice on a variety of commercial contracts and general advisory, specifically in the areas of e–commerce, information technology, data privacy and employment laws. She is deeply involved in advising clients on ongoing HR issues, investigating complaints under laws related to sexual harassment, employee related internal investigations including compliance training and handling senior management level exits. Sunila holds an LL.M. from T.C. Beirne School of Law, University of Queensland, Australia.
