Raman Sharma brings to bear over 40 years of experience to advise Indian and multinational clients across a diverse range of practices, including Compliance & Investigation / White–Collar Crime, Corporate M&A, Joint Ventures, Financial Regulatory, General Corporate Advisory and Real Estate matters. His real estate experience includes assisting with acquisitions, disposals, leasing and financing matters. He also advises on corporate and commercial transactions particularly in the power and telecommunication sectors. Additionally, Raman has assisted clients on various aspects of taxation law, including tax planning, tax structuring and the use of the double tax treaties.
