With over 15 years of experience, Ashish Pareek specialises in M&A, Private Equity, JVs, General Corporate and Defence matters. He has advised on foreign investment in India in various sectors, including manufacturing, banking, non-banking financial services, insurance, IT, cloud and data centre business. Ashish brings domain expertise in the defence and aerospace sectors and has also assisted several foreign defence suppliers on their ongoing/proposed supply contracts with the Government of India. Additionally, he has advised US multinationals on FCPA related compliance audits in India.
