Siddharth Paranjpe has over 10 years of experience and is part of the Firm’s Corporate group. He routinely represents a broad range of domestic and international clients on mergers & acquisitions, private equity investments, and venture capital transactions. Siddharth is qualified as a Solicitor in India and holds an LLM from the New York University School of Law.
