John Raghav has 10 years of experience and is part of the Firm’s Corporate / M&A group, with experience in M&A and private equity transactions. He routinely advises Indian and international clients, including private and listed entities on domestic and cross border transactions, general corporate and commercial matters. John holds an LL.M. from Harvard Law School.
