He has advised listed and unlisted entities across sectors, including the automotive components, retail, food and beverages, consulting, media, insurance, real estate and information technology sectors. Gautam has also advised PE investors on their entry and exit strategies and has assisted promoters and non–resident Indians with succession planning and investments.
