Anisha Shridhar Bio

Anisha Shridhar has 17 years of experience and specialises in Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, Private Equity transactions and General Corporate. She also supports the Firm’s Private Client Practice and advises HNIs on the structuring and implementation of succession planning. Anisha regularly advises domestic and international multinational companies and PE funds on a wide range of matters, including foreign exchange, securities, corporate and commercial laws. Her clients span the insurance, telecommunications, financial services, e–commerce and healthcare sectors. Anisha holds an LL.M. degree from Kings College.
