With over 15 years of experience, Anand Shah focuses on Banking & Finance and heads the Firm’s Aviation practice. Anand also advises several corporate houses and private equity funds in their M&A and private equity transactions and general corporate and commercial matters. Additionally, he also co–heads the Firm’s Private Client Practice, being a trusted advisor to several promoters and High Net worth Individuals and advises them on aspects ranging from succession planning to strategy.
