Xavier Amat Badrinas Bio

Xavier Amat Badrinas is a co-founding partner of the firm and head of the Corporate and Commercial department. His practice focuses on Commercial Law, Corporate Law, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investments in Spain, Securities-Market Law and Real-Estate Law. Before founding the firm in 1992, he practised law at Bufete Sala Reixachs (1981-1988) and KPMG Estudio Jurídico y Tributario (1988-1991). Since 1984, he has been a professor of Commercial Law at the International University of Catalonia (UIC), in Barcelona. Today, he is Director of the UIC’s Commercial-Law Centre of Knowledge
