Miriam Johansson Moreno joined the firm in 1996, and her activity is focused on the area of commercial and civil law, in particular in the area of company law, legal advice to companies in all areas, civil and commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions. Miriam also has extensive experience advising clients in corporate real estate transactions with particular focus and expertise in property acquisitions and real estate financing.
