Nina Radic Kuzik Bio

Nina Radić Kuzik focuses her practice in commercial and corporate law and project finance. She has been leading several practice groups dealing with the acquisitions of companies and the real estate projects in Croatia. Nina advises many international clients, multinational companies and financial institutions on a large scope of day-to-day issues related to commercial and regulatory issues in the field of financing and complex security packages. She led a number of due diligence procedures, drafted transaction documents and advised on diverse matters related to energy transactions. Nina also has leading Croatian practice and expertise in negotiating lease agreements.
