Tytti represents both lenders and borrowers on a wide range of debt financing transactions, including acquisition finance, real estate and project finance, refinancing and restructuring, as well as debt capital market transactions. In addition, she advises on financial regulatory and compliance matters. She has extensive experience in the fields of banking and financing, both as attorney and as inhouse counsel. Before joining Avance, she served as General Counsel and Head of Legal Affairs of OP Corporate Bank.
