Laure Bonin joined August Debouzy in January 2021 as a partner in charge of the Banking & Finance team. She has over 18 years' experience in transactional funding. Laure is recognized for her expertise and know-how in syndicated finance, acquisition finance, leveraged finance and financing of public and private projects (with a focus on financing renewable energy projects in emerging countries). She advises banks, debt funds and borrowers.
