Vasi Papadopoulos Bio

Vasi Papadopoulos is a partner in our corporate transactions practice. Vasi has extensive experience advising international and UAE corporates, financial institutions, private equity firms and family offices on a variety of transactions, with a focus on cross-border and local M&A, joint ventures and restructuring. She works across a range of sectors, including technology, energy, financial services and e-commerce. Vasi trained at a magic circle law firm and has practiced in international law firms for more than a decade. In that time, she has worked on mandates across the globe. She was also seconded to Masdar, a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi government owned ADNOC, Mubadala and TAQA, from October 2020 to April 2021. Vasi has been recognised as a Rising Star in commercial, corporate and M&A in the UAE by the Legal 500, with client testimonials noting her to be “very hard working, always available and approachable as well as commercially minded.”
