Sebastian Daub Bio

Dr Sebastian Daub is a partner in our corporate transactions practice in Frankfurt. Sebastian has extensive experience in advising national and international clients on all aspects of private equity and M&A transactions, joint ventures and corporate law matters. He has a particular focus on infrastructure and has advised on some of the market-leading transactions in this sector. Sebastian studied law at the University of Konstanz, where he later obtained his doctorate. He also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta and speaks German, English and French. Prior to joining Ashurst in 2025, Sebastian was a partner in the Frankfurt office of Linklaters.
