Sarah Ross-Smith Bio

Sarah Ross-Smith is a partner in our projects practice. ​Sarah specialises in commercial contracts, competitive approaches to market, procurement and intellectual property. Australian Government agencies and corporate Commonwealth entities seek her strategic legal guidance, during major capital equipment acquisitions, privatisations, and competitive tendering processes. Sarah adopts a commercial best practice approach to her project and other corporate work that meets the legislative and regulatory requirements of her government clients. She also has extensive experience advising on governance and accountability matters, particularly under the Public Governance and Accountability Act (PGPA Act) and the PGPA Rules.
