Reinhard Eyring has extensive experience in all sectors of company and corporate law, in particular stock exchange regulations and securities law. Reinhard specialises in the law of listed companies and public takeovers. Most recently, Reinhard advised automotive supplier Grammer AG on the successful defense against the hostile takeover attempt by the Hastor group and the subsequent friendly takeover bid of the Chinese Ningbo Jifeng group. Reinhard studied law at the University of Freiburg/Breisgau. He was admitted to the German bar in 1988 and is the author of various publications in legal journals. He speaks English and French. Prior to joining Ashurst in 2000, Reinhard was a partner at Schürmann & Partner. From 2008 until 2015 Reinhard was a member of Ashurst's international board.
