Ipop Nawangsari is a partner in our projects practice. Ipop specialises in general corporate, finance, projects, infrastructure and oil and gas/natural resources work in Indonesia. Ipop is admitted to practice in Indonesia. She has been in practice since 1996, during which time she has advised clients from various industries in numerous types of multinational transactions. Ipop is based in Jakarta at Ashurst's associated firm, Oentoeng Suria & Partners. Ipop was previously based in Singapore for nine years, working with major international law firms (lastly to co-coordinate its Indonesian Practice) and prior to that with a prominent law firm in Jakarta. Ipop also has broad experience in assignments relating to mergers and acquisitions, foreign investments, financing, the power/energy sector, natural resources and capital markets in Indonesia.
