Patricia Paton is a partner in our corporate practice. Patricia is a corporate and capital markets partner. Having worked in the Australian and UK markets, Patricia has been involved in some of the most complex and high-profile initial public offerings and other capital market transactions in recent years. Patricia's experience includes advising issuers, underwriters and managers across the full ambit of corporate and capital market transactions in both the listed and unlisted space: pre-IPO raisings, initial public offerings, non-regulated mergers and acquisitions, issuances of hybrid securities, convertible note and debt offers, accelerated and traditional entitlement offers, placements, share purchase plans, dividend reinvestment plans, and executive and employee incentive arrangements. Complementing this is Patricia's experience advising boards and management of public companies on corporations’ law and corporate governance, and the practical application of corporations’ law including directors' duties and continuous disclosure.
