He leads our energy and infrastructure M&A business in EMEA. Michael's clients include multinational corporates, financial institutions, governments and high net worth individuals. In the last 12 months, he has advised on significant mergers and acquisitions in the UK, continental Europe, Africa and Asia across the energy, renewables and digital sub-sectors of energy and infrastructure.
