Maha Osman Bio

Maha Osman is a partner in our corporate transactions practice. Maha has over one decade of experience covering the breadth of M&A, investments, joint ventures, special situations and related corporate, governance and commercial advice. Maha has a particular focus on advising financial sponsors, including private equity investors, sovereign wealth funds and their investee companies. She regularly works on a broad range of corporate transactions, particularly advising large investor clients. Maha is fluent in English and Arabic and was raised between the United States of America and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Maha holds bachelors of economics and religious studies from the University of Virginia and a graduate diploma in law from the University of Law in London, England.
