Logan Mair Bio

Logan Mair is a partner in our corporate practice. ​Logan is consistently ranked as a top tier infrastructure lawyer in the Chambers legal directory, in recognition of his work advising on a wide range of infrastructure and public sector outsourcing projects. He has particular expertise in advising on transactions in the ports, education, defence, waste, transport and accommodation sectors, and acts for a broad client base of sponsors, lenders, sub-contractors and public sector agencies. His skills are often sought after externally through his involvement in various infrastructure sector advisory groups. For example, he was recently appointed by a UK governmental department and industry body to act as a facilitator to progress negotiations on a major UK procurement programme. Recent deal highlights include advising the Department of Education on the £2.5 bn Priority School Building Programme, a consortium on the UK SAR programme and Babcock International on its Terms of Business Agreement with the UK Ministry of Defence.
