Laura Hillhouse Bio

Laura Hillhouse is a partner in our projects practice. Laura is a partner in the Sydney infrastructure team. Laura has extensive property development and commercial property experience and has also worked on property litigation matters. Laura's experience includes: acting for property developers in both greenfield and brownfield developments; acting for lessors of residential, commercial and retail developments; the purchase and sale of commercial and residential sites including drafting contracts for standard sales and off-the-plan contracts (both residential and community title); drafting put and call option deeds; drafting easement documentation; and drafting by-laws and community management statements.
