Joshua Cole is a partner in our digital economy transactions practice. Joshua has more than 25 years' experience advising on complex M&A and joint venture transactions across the APAC region and leads our Digital Economy Transactions practice in Asia. He has a particular expertise in the telecommunications and digital infrastructure sector (including domestic and international, fixed and mobile, networks) and has advised on a number of high profile acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures in Australia and Asia, including transactions involving Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Japan, Mainland China, India, Sri Lanka, the Philippines, South Korea, Myanmar, Laos and Thailand. He regularly acts as lead counsel on trans-Pacific and trans-Indian Ocean infrastructure projects and is recognised as an expert TMT and M&A lawyer. He is the author of several M&A and TMT law related publications.
