Jan Krekeler Bio

Jan Krekeler is a partner in our corporate department. Jan has extensive experience in private M&A and private equity transactions in both national as well as cross border contexts and all related matters, including management participation schemes. He advises German and international clients on acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings and carve-outs with particular experience in the new economy and life sciences sectors as well as with regard to real estate transactions. In addition to the corporate law aspects of his work, Jan regularly advises on commercial law matters. Prior to joining Ashurst, he worked in another leading international law firm.
