Harry Thimont Bio

Harry Thimont is a partner in our corporate transactions practice. Harry advises corporate clients and investment banks on a range of M&A and other corporate finance transactions, with a particular focus on public takeovers, and provides ongoing Board and corporate governance advice to the firm's listed clients. Harry has spent time in the firm's Madrid office and also on secondment to major investment banks in London.
