Gaby Jones is a partner in our corporate practice. Gaby is a partner within the corporate transactions practice, specialising in infrastructure M&A with a particular focus on the renewables sector. She also has general corporate experience advising on intra-group reorganisations and shareholding arrangements in a variety of different corporate structures.
