Florian Hirschmann is a partner and head of private equity Germany in Munich. Florian Hirschmann is a Munich-based partner and Ashurst's Head of Private Equity Germany who specialises in advising domestic and international private equity, venture capital firms, its portfolio companies and strategic investors in complex national and cross-border transactions, including leveraged buyouts, growth equity, debt investments, M&A, and joint ventures. He is particularly known for his deep expertise in advising on transactions with Greater East Asia connections and deals with a deep tech focus. Florian is admitted to the Munich bar.
