David Du Pont practises in the area of mergers and acquisitions, company law and governance. David's mergers and acquisitions experience includes private equity, private acquisitions and joint ventures, and he has particular expertise in cross-border transactions. David also heads the Belgian real estate department and, as such, has wide-ranging experience in all areas of Belgian real estate law, including as regards corporate real estate transactions.
