Dan Yang practice spans a broad range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and joint ventures. Dan has advised both Chinese and international corporations (including major state-owned enterprises and large private investment conglomerates) on their cross-border acquisitions and investments. His experience covers a wide range of industries including energy and resources, real estate, agriculture and financial services. In 2021, Dan relocated to Ashurst's Beijing office from Sydney, where he was based for 5 years. Prior to Sydney, Dan has worked in Hong Kong and Shanghai. Dan is admitted in New South Wales, Australia.
