Chris Grey Bio

Chris Grey is a partner in our corporate transactions practice. Chris is a partner in London and Co-Head of the Global Tech M&A practice. He is a specialist in the technology sector and has extensive experience in the UK and French markets. He works closely with companies at all stages of their development, as well as private equity investors and venture capital investors on their significant strategic M&A, in particular complex cross-border M&A, partnerships and joint ventures, financings, and other strategic transactions and advising on corporate governance.
